Cost Reduction and Training Efficiency
Bloodborne Pathogens training is required annually and has generally been done by outside vendors. With training being issued to over 900 employees, this cost rises quickly.
The purpose of this course was to eliminate the outside vendor cost, create a simple, interactive way for our employees to take the required training, with a goal of making the training more effective and easy to digest.
Gamification through the ADDIE model was the approach taken.
