Innovation in changing times
In 2020 the world of remote work and online training took an incredible leap forward. With all live in-person training canceled. I convinced my team that the solution was to take all of our New Employee Training online.
I designed a character for each of us at the training administration. Each character was then taken into Adobe Character Animator and converted into fully animated digital versions of ourselves that would launch our new digital curriculum.
After teaching my team how to utilize and implement Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise 360. I set out to convert each team members voice recordings into digital animated video assets for each training module.
The result has been fantastic. In less than six months we were able to convert our entire in-person curriculum to 100% online. Online lesson engagement and positive feedback and increased dramatically.
This conversion process with the help of such incredible tools has proven to be a great success.
